When does the course begin?
This is a self-paced course, so you can start whenever you like! The course will be available for purchase again in Summer 2021.

Is there a refund policy for the course?
I offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you aren't satisfied with the content of this course. You must demonstrate that you have completed at least half of the lessons, including the assignment portions. If you commit to the lessons, I am confident that you will come away from this course feeling more competent working with ostomy patients.

How long will I have access to the course?
You will have access to the course content on your Thinkific account for 1 year. This allows you to review to content and take the time that you need to complete the course. It is recommended that you complete this 4 chapter course (plus resources and bonuses) in 5 weeks to stay on top of the content! I may add additional content throughout the year, so keep an eye out for any changes.

How do the coaching calls work?
If you signed up for the premium plan, you will be sent a schedule for the 2 group coaching calls. These calls will be hosted over Zoom. You will be able to submit questions 24 hours in advance of the call, and we will review all questions and any other material to support the lessons.

Do I need any additional materials to complete this course?
You do not need to purchase any materials on your own. Once you sign up, I will mail you an ostomy bag and supplies to complete the lab portion of the course. I you do not receive the supplies within 2 weeks of signing up, make sure to reach out to me!

Can I earn CEUs for taking the course?
This course is approved for .7 CEUs through Alaska PTA. NBCOT and ABPTS do not require that a course be approved by any state or national organization. However, if you also want to use this course towards your state license renewal, be sure to check your state requirements since they vary per state. If your states requires certification, I do offer a certificate of completion, as well as the materials you to submit for CEU approval.
